• Shipping Fee: €10.9.

Non-EU Countries

• Shipping Fee: €15.9.

Shipping Times

• Germany: 2-3 business days.
• Other EU countries: 3-5 business days.

Important Notes: E-Bike Battery Orders

• For orders outside of Germany: E-bike batteries are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery for all E-bike battery orders.
• Compatibility Check: Before purchasing an E-bike battery, please ensure it is compatible with your specific E-bike model. Incorrect battery selection may cause performance issues or damage.
